Artisit Submission Form

In addition to our gallery space, Simply Chicago Art displays artwork in an ever expanding group of venues throughout the Chicago area. If you would like to be considered as a member artist, please feel free to sumbit samples of your work (up to 5 pieces) and information about yourself via the form below.

Artists' submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee. Selected artists will be invited to a gallery visit and interview, however due to the volume of submissions we receive, it is not unusual for it to take several weeks for us to respond.
